Servicing the communities of La Verne & San Dimas

Do you have a relative, friend, or neighbor who is unable to prepare a nutritious hot  meal for themself?

Are you going to need some temporary help with meals while  undergoing chemotherapy, or recovering from surgery?
If so, Meals on Wheels may  be the answer for you. La Verne/San Dimas Meals on Wheels, a non-profit organization, provides hot lunchtime meals, Monday through Friday, to residents of both La Verne and San  Dimas. The meals, which are planned by a dietitian for nutrition and taste-appeal,  cost just four dollars. Each meal includes a hot entrée, two side dishes, bread and butter, a beverage, and a piece of fresh fruit or a dessert. Besides regular meals,  diabetic or sugar-free diets are also available. All diets are low in sodium.  Click on “Get Help”, to get started.
